This contract allows ASFT to provide a full range of services and products for consulting, facilitation and training services and related support products. MOBIS is designed to allow Federal Agencies to either begin or continue management, organizational and business improvement efforts. ASFT will provide MOBIS services to agencies as specific in task orders under this Federal Supply Schedule. Whether services are commercial off-the-shelf, customized off-the-shelf or designed to suit, we will make sure they fit into and support a system-wide model of management excellence. The objective of this contract is to provide all Federal agencies with access to the finest management consulting firms available in the commercial sector. ASFT offers services under the following SIN's:

Description of Services
SIN 874-1: Consulting Services:
Our staff of consultants and trainers has extensive experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Change Management, Strategic Human Resource Planning, Executive Coaching, Process Improvement, Teambuilding, and ISO Certification Preparation. Our objective in providing Consulting Services is to systematically assist businesses in the identification of long-term strategic objectives and to help develop the strategies necessary to achieve those objectives, including aligning the resources and business processes with the stated goals and objectives of the strategic plan.
SIN 874-2: Facilitation Services:
ASFT facilitators are skilled in the mediation and presentation techniques that yield successful group interaction and provide for unbiased support. They ensure the specific purpose, goals, and approach remains relevant throughout the process. Our support products are offered as a way to reinforce and strengthen the skills taught through our other services
SIN 874-4: Training Services:
ASFT offers a number of Training Services that cover a wide range of topics. These services include tailored off-the-shelf training programs and custom designed training programs that can be conducted either at ASFT or on-site at the client's location. Topics include: Organization Development, Leadership Development, Teambuilding, Facilitation, Strategic Marketing and Customer Relations and ISO Quality Services.
